| Shortcut keys allow you to initiate certain commands. For example, you can assign a shortcut key to launch the Word Count command instead of selecting the option from the Tools menu. The one big problem (at least for me) with using shortcut keys is that you need to remember the keystrokes that you have assigned to the various tasks. To make it easier you may want to print a list of shortcut keys for reference. You can do so by clicking the Print option from the File menu.
